This 4 Week Bodyweight Fit Foundation Training Program is to help beginners get started on their fitness journey or get someone back on track with their fitness journey. 

Our focus for this program is to connect with self and our own beings strength.

This program will help you learn a variety of bodyweight movements to help strengthen your being and prepare you for weight training.

The duration of this program is 4 weeks. The training frequency is 5x per week. The workout is split into 3 lower body days and 2 upper body days, with cardio everyday and core exercises on upper body days. Warm ups and cool downs are included for each day as well. Subtle Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical connections will be included throughout each day as well.
