This is a 4 Week Dumbbell Training Program to help beginners implement weight lifting into their fitness journey or get someone back on track with their fitness journey.
Our focus for this program is to utilize weights to help strengthen our being.Â
We are here supporting our newbie weight lifters and shy gym goers.
If you are timid to workout in a gym, this program will help build your confidence. You will learn a variety of movements that you can switch up and incorporate in the gym when you are ready. Most, if not all of these movements are able to be modified to gym-based equipment. Utilize this 4 week dumbbell training program to get familiar with different weight lifting movements.
The duration of this program is 4 weeks. The training frequency is 5x per week. The workout is split into 3 lower body days and 2 upper body days… 1 day being Back & Biceps focused, 1 day being Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps focused, with cardio everyday and core exercises on upper body days. Warm ups and cool downs are included for each day as well. Subtle Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical connections will be included throughout each day as well.
