This program is meant to be accomplished at a gym!

Our focus for this program is to level up our training with incorporating some equipment that most gyms have.

This 4 Week Gym-Based Training Program is to help beginners get started on their gym-based fitness journey or get someone back on track with their fitness journey.

The duration of this program is 4 weeks. The training frequency is 5x per week. The workout is split into 3 lower body days… 1 day being Quads & Calves focused, 1 day being Hamstrings & Glutes focused, & 1 day being a Full Leg day, and 2 upper body days… 1 day being Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps focused, 1 day being Back & Biceps focused, with cardio everyday and core exercises on upper body days. Warm ups and cool downs are included for each day as well. Subtle Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical connections will be included throughout each day as well.
